Two weeks ago, the hotel Only You Atocha, from the Balearic Palladium Hotel Group, was recognized as the “Best Hotel Building” in the first edition of the CaixaBank Hotels&Tourism Awards that recognize innovation, sustainability and CSR of tourism companies throughout the country.
The jury appreciated “the breakthrough design, its excellent restoration and events offer and its location”. ROBOTBAS, brand of Robot, S.A. has contributed in part to the design of the Only You Atocha, since it was responsible for installing all the building automation systems, from the industrial control to the common areas and rooms control.
For this project the R7000 ROBOTBAS series has been used. In the rooms they opted for products with minimalist, modern and elegant lines: the climate control display FD7525, the TS7301 temperature sensor and the MD7310 motion detector, with BTicino LivingLight finishes.
The rooms, the lighting of the corridors and the air conditioning of the common areas are integrated perfectly with the industrial control installed, guaranteeing an optimized performance when operating the whole establishment jointly.
The ROBOTBAS R7000 series of the building automation systems, which allows unified control of all hotel automation systems from a single device, is designed to facilitate the installation and maintenance of systems with products of high durability and reliability.
