Once the building automation system is up and running, the hotel’s technical services team will receive training from ROBOTBAS to make it easier for them to operate and maintain the system and for them to be able to resolve any anomaly without any outside help.

Despite this, if the customer so wishes, they can engage the maintenance service provided by ROBOTBAS. Aside from giving customers the chance to make modifications to SCADA or the automation program once the installation is up and running, we check the installation, as well as carry out preventive and corrective actions for its smooth operation, providing the customer with a comprehensive, convenient and simple service that prolongs the building’s useful life.
