The Hotel Basilica, located in the old town of Palma, next to the church of Sant Francesc, was built on a building dating from 1850 that had previously been a polytechnic printing house.
Organic Studio has been in charge of the decoration project of this 4-star boutique hotel located on Can Troncoso Street, providing a traditional Mallorcan style using materials from the island.
ROBOTBAS has participated in the project with an industrial automation system, facilitating the control of the production and consumption of the building’s energy resources. In addition, its 38 exterior double rooms have elegant glass Touch devices in white, with backlighting and haptic feedback, which allow a precise and personalized climate control.
The design of Mallorcan style and its location in the old part of the city, make staying at this emblematic hotel an experience; you just have to see the wonderful views of the church of Sant Francesc from the jacuzzi on the rooftop.
