ROBOTBAS was responsible for the automation of the entire hotel, integrating from the industrial zone to the rooms, in which presence control, lighting, climate and humidity have been installed, which allows the energy consumption optimization and the reduction installation maintenance costs.
The fan-coil display chosen is the FD7525 LB in white with a LivingLight series frame, while the buttons are silver with S82 series frame.
Lighting is one of the pillars of the Ushuaïa hotel: the rooms have a device in the corridor with the room number, which lights in green or red depending on whether the room is available or not for cleaning. In addition to this system, ROBOTBAS installed the facade animation of the hotel, making the installation structure itself part of the chromatic spectacle.
